Poor service

Westpack Petshop in Sediba Plaza Hartbee****rt is pathetic, the staff is not knowledgeable and have no idee what is going on in the shop, they are unfriendly and give no assistance, 99% of the dogfood is Montego and everything is Chicken and Rice, my dogs are allergic to Chicken based food, I always buy from them but the last 3 times they did not have Jock beef in stock, I've asked many times that they get stock. I buy at least 40kg a month, this is unacceptable
