Poor customer service

West pack in wonder park has a very poor customer service, yesterday I saw toddler table at 20% off then I asked for assistance they confirm the promotion price , today when I went again I saw that the tables are still on promo then I bought 17 of them , in order for them to process with the sell they tell that I can't buy it because they are not on promotion and they were very rude they didn't even apologize for misleading ,they just told me " the is nothing we can do" and looked away ( Patricia is the manager and she was there,) I am not seeing myself buying there ever again.im very much disappointed in their service...
