Poor communication / False information

I reacted to an advert to download the Westpack app for which I would receive a R50 voucher. I received the email with the voucher number and explicit that it does not expire. Yesterday I wanted to use my voucher, only to find out that it was only valid for 2 weeks, and that I had to spend R350 to qualify for the R50 rebate. I checked their website and there it is indicated as a R300 spend required. I sent an email to hello@westpacklifestyle .co.za however the mail returned as unknown address. It is such a pity that they do not understand the importance of clear communication
