Poor and ******** service Everrrrr!!!!

My Son and his Granny went to Westpak Waterfall on Monday to buy few essentials (5ltr Dishwasher,Bubble bath,3 small white plates (R12.00 *3)Plus 2 other small plates of R9.00 * 2,which would have been R150 roughly but into my surprise i was debited R502???Called and sent proof,which i did..No one got back to me and decided to follow up this morning as i need my money,someone sent a message telling me to drive back to them.I do not have time to drive to Waterfall as i stay far!!! ***
