Poor and pathetic customer experience at Thabazimbi Westpack

On the 18th March me and my husband went to westpack Thabazimbi to buy a quad bike worth R2999.00,for our 6yrs old kid, we were served by the guy called Lucky if I’m not mistaken, but it’s his department,he told us that they didn’t have stock and that we can’t buy the one on the display,we asked for an option and he said he can order one for us and we’ll get it the following week on Wednesday. He mentioned that he’ll engage his manager as she was not available. We completed and signed the order form and awaited the phone call from the shop. Nobody phoned us with the update. After 3 weeks which was on the 5th April, I returned back to the shop to query about our order since our son was giving us trouble, that’s why we wanted even to buy the one on display, I have met this arrogant and non apologetic white lady which is the manager responsible, who didn’t even apologize but told me that they didn’t receive the bike,I then asked on why she didn’t phone for an update, she said she couldn’t phone because they didn’t receive anything, she had this sour and bitter face, she has no respect for customers, she doesn’t know the meaning of exceptional customer service, she doesn’t value customers, she actually doesn’t have morals, after my return from the shop on the 5th April till today she didn’t phone nor text to update us on our order. That manager has a wrong title, I feel offended and disrespected by this kind of treatment and service. She must understand that she got that job because of the clients & that clients gave her salary and she must humbled herself.
