PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE WESTPACK ODESSY MALL

Good morning

I am beyond disappointed with westpack.i visited westpack in ballito Odessy mall on the 05/07/2024. I was shopping and saw a pride storage 3pcs set for r79.99 boldly advertised i called a sales rep to assist to bring 3 sets lower for me.he then went to have a look and i dont know who he spoke to we waited about 15mins for him to come back he then said they mislabelled but go to the front with the price tag they willl assist us we will get it for the price we see.This was a indian tall gentleman i did not get his name because seems no one uses a namebadge. ok we go to the front and was then spoken to like we are not paying customers.when i hand the teller the price tag attached to the storage boxes said oh that is not the right price i said we just spoke to a sales and he said us to come through i then called the guy who said yes its advertised on the shelf for that price.by then i assume this older short indian male with glasses approaches from a distance shouting no no no thats the wrong price i said it was shown for that price n im a customer its not my fault url mislabbelled in a very arrogant tone he says oh im not here to fight you cannot get it at that price and was rude absolutley no customer service if he is a manager i would never want to shop in a store like that.this will never happen in Game.when i told him theres ur sales rep that told me i can get what i see he says oh well im telling you you cant get it.i want this escalated because this service is terrible how can one staff help and say one thing and another change.is that how customers are treated at westpack stores.yourl should take tips from bigger brands that give the customers what is advertised on they shelfs.we cant be blamed for incompetance of your staff that dont price products correctly.

They odessy branch is so quite yet they dont know how to treat paying customers.
