Outstanding Customer Service

On Sunday I bought batteries from West pack Ridgeway only to discover that they were the wrong size, today I called West pack Head Office who in turn referred me to the shop, but we could not communicate as the line was bad, they sent me a watsapp & have been communicating via watsapp, & have agreed to for the batteries to be returned, thank you so much for the efforts of reaching out, outstanding customer care indeed, shows that you really care about your customers!!
