Online Order Shambles #71934

After visiting 3 stores on 28 April 2020 to purchase masks for my staff who were returning to work on 1 May 2020, all of whom had no stock, I purchased the masks online, which states that essential items would be delivered in 3-5 days.

On Saturday 2 May I went to the Meadowdale store, where a useful gentleman, I think named Michael, followed up and let me know that the order had been dispatched but the driver was busy and that I should be patient.

On 5 May 2020 my wife called head office ***) and was told that the order had been given to the courier and I should expect it in a day or two.

Yesterday a man called me to check whether or not I had received said parcel to which I rep**** still not, he advised that he would follow up.

My wife called head office this morning, a woman named Diana said she would call back - which she did - now I am being questioned as to whether I have actually paid for the masks!!!!!

Really????

Please don't offer an online order system if you have no idea how to run it!!!!!!!
