Not the way to keep customers Westpack Lifestyle.!

I always loved loved doing shopping at Westpack Lifestyle. But not any more. Not all businesses are struggling during the covid-19 pandemic. Westpack Lifestyle is one of them and they just do not hesitate to to publish untrue facts lies to the public. I phoned all die West Pack Lifestyle stores yesterday, looking for an article which this retail shop is advertising. Not one single telephone was answered. I phoned The Online Shop who was hesitant to be of any help. I told the lady that the website of Westpack Lifestyle advertises that 9 of the articles I needed was still in stock. She admitted to me that the website is not always upgraded. In other words - Westpack Lifestyle lure customers to their shops and info on their website to enter their stores with the hope that they see and buy something else than the articles they have advertised on their website. Westpack is now my least favorite store.
