Non existant customer service for online orders

On Monday the 19th of February I placed an online order. On the website they said Gauteng deliveries take 2 to 3 days for delivery. On the Friday I phoned them just to find out that a couple of items that I ordered wasn't there hence I didn't get my order on time. No one contacted me or even send me a message. After back and forth the whole day adding stuff and so on they Saif it will be delivered on Saturday. It was delivered on Saturday. When I opened my 1kg Lavender Pine Gel it was runny and looked like it was diluted. They just came to deliver the new Lavender Pine Gel, but it's a 500ml and not 1kg. I am not happy at all. I will never use the online service ever again.
