No refund, No credit...With a valid slip that is not even 24 hours

I baught 4 x Glass trays from the Kolonade branch @ R559.60, it was not the correct trays so I wend to Hartbee****rt branch (Sediba) as I live in Hartbee****rt for a refund, they said no refund, I am fine with that and asked for store credit. They refused. I asked for the Manager Hannah, and she with no customer relationship phoned Kolonade branch, spoke to Marlien and Marlien said no, I must go back to the Kolonade branch.....are you kidding me? I must go so far just because? They are so rude and unhelpfull, I will NOT recommend these to branches!!! I will slo no longer purchase from them.
