No feedback on refund request

I bought a packet of 10 visors from Westpack lifestyle in Sinoville and I returned them a day after because I couldn't 't see as they become misty. The manager refused to refund me and said he'll contact their head office to ask if they can refund me.?

It's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard from the shop even though I left the visors, proof of purchase and my contact details.
