Nicolene from west pack 14th ave bad for business

Called West Pack 14th Avenue to find out if they had red t-shirt dye which we purchase and order (we ordered 40 a month ago) from them regularly. We purchase the Tingecor red, orange and black . Nicolene answers the phone and says they do not stock it. She wasn't even interested to look on the system even after we told he we buy it there often and sighed loudly making it clear she wasn't interested in looking or even helping us. We eventually put the phone down. a minute later a man phoned back and apologized for her rudeness over the phone and assisted us. If its too much trouble for Nicolene to assist clients then she shouldn't be a front liner as that's her job to assist customers . shove her in the warehouse or something because she's bad for business.
