Lack of customer service

So I get to the Shop at West pack express new market at Alberton today evening. The employees are very welcoming and gladly assist. I get to the isle of lunch box containers I have a chat with a friend a lady comes by the name of Nyameka she asks can I help you with anything as she sees us talking I tell her nope thank you we are fine. Then boom after she went by the tills I hear her shouting that those customers are standing there, they are not even buying just standing and continues to make rude comments.

I'm flabbergasted but choose to ignore as she continues so my friend lives so I continue selecting the ones I want and I went to pay.

How do you do that while a customer is inside, there's ways to address things if they where closing she could have simply said mam we will be closing soon can I help you with anything so will be aware rather than to go and shout at the front. We were disrespected others employees where very nice they even apologized on her behalf but she couldn't even be bothered she just continued as if nothing happened. ? How do you allow such behavior because it means she's used to it????!! This matter needs to be addressed. We cannot be treated like this it's unacceptable!
