Incorrect Pricing

Good day

I hope you are doing well.

I’m sending an email with a disgruntled heart regarding the pricing of an item at Wonderpark West Pack store.

I bought a cooler bag picnic with handles 46X28X22

Barcode ***.

The item had no Price on the shelf I asked one of the guys who was working on the floor to assist with pricing and he said it’s R150.00

After paying for the item and few other things I realised that the item was R319.90

The manager by the name of Lane refused to give me the item with the “shelf price” uttered by the staff member.

I also called the *** number and spoke to Palesa/ Wayne regarding this. It was finalised that the item will not be discounted.

I have left the item and the receipt at the store with no refund or discount.
