I have never felt so disrespected, ignored, and unappreciated as a customer

I have never been so ignored, disrespected, and unappreciated by a staff at West Pack Lifestyle store at East Rand Value Mall. 25/01/2024. As I went inside the mall with my kids, 2 managers (wearing black West Pack lifestyle tops were standing at the door, and didn't bother to greet us or smile they were looking outside, What are they teaching their staff about customer service? I got things for my kids and went to pay at the till. exchanged 1 item and the staff changed our trolley and then my child's water bottle went missing. She went into the store and asked if the staff had seen it but no one really gave her time, I went in and got a quick I don't know. I went out and on my way home I made a U-turn to the mall to leave my contact details so they could call me when they found it. but as I went in I found the bottle left by the door where anyone could have taken it, I looked for one of the staff, One who was at the till just looked at me, and with her eyes directed me to the bottle, turned back as I said thank you. This IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER, BEING TREATED LIKE THAT AFTER SPENDING MONEY IN THERE. I AM NEVER SPENDING MY HARD-EARNED MONEY THERE AS THEY DON'T KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE OR APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
