Horrible service West pack Carnival Mall

To whom it may concern.

On the date 2 June 2022 I visited the westpack store to purchase foam plates. I'm walking to the aile where plastes are and I asked one of the guys there for a price and he looked at me as if I'm stupid I had to rise my my voice for him to respond still no answer on the price I told him I will inform the manager and the guy had a nerve to tell me I can do so he won't do a thing, the manager He got bad service from Telkom and I work there so tell me, WHAT DOES MY JOB HAVE TO DO WITH HIS STUFF HAVING ATTITUDE. BOTH OF THEM HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I want feedback ASAP on both of them.
