Horrible service and robbing customers

Worst experience ever.

On the 23 of September I we must to west pack lifestyle Mall @R55

My card went through on my site but on their site they said it didn't reflect. They took my number and promised to call me back. I waited no one called. They said I need to Bring my bank statement which my bank will charge fee for that. On my app it shows this money was not returned. This Sunday on the 1 October I went same happened they promised to call me but no one called until I called them back. They then said the cashier was over but they never made any follow-up with me. West Pack I want my money please. And the staff have bad service of not following up with customers. Am so disappointed 😞
