Horrible!!!

<p>I Have to honestly admid that I am extreamly dissapointed with Westpack. They had placed a price with a wrong description on one of their products. After asking one of the staff to show me where the product was they told me that the product was incorrectly priced. The price was only for the lid of the container and not the complete unit. How does any company place the following description on the price lable "SML STACK & STORE LID" and then tell me its only the lid for that price. I asked for a manager and when I spoke to the manager his body langauge and tone made me feel like I was a fool and couldn't even read. The best part was when he told me I was the first person ever to be confused by this! Should I take this as an insult as his the rest of his gestures were rather insuling? Before I took this to a public page I informed their headoffice about this sutuation and even send them a picture that clearly showed the misinforming description. The results form them was disturbingly poor. The lady I spoke to promiced that she would give me a call back. Its been two days and well, here I am still waiting for the call back. No offence but if a pricing mistake is the business's mistake why should I hear random excuses. Anyone who takes a product from Westpack, please double check the prices and make sure that their false advertising does not land up as your expenses!!! </p>
