Great Service !
I was looking for a specific dishdrying rack - after looking in the usual homeware stores & supermarkets, I found exactly what I was looking for at Westpack Lifestyle - in Randpark Ridge Branch but the wrong colour (on Sunday 18/01). I found Rita at the enquiries counter - explained what I needed - her response was that she was usually based at the Krugersdorp Branch and could she look on Monday 19/01 and come back to me. I gave my details and was quite prepared not to hear anything. <br> But - Rita did exactly what she promised, found the item in the Krugersdorp Branch, called me, kept it aside & I collected yesterday.<br> Rita, I hope your management knows just what a gem you are (you have restored my faith in customer service) and look after you well !<br> Kind regards
