Great Job Rynfield.

I went in Store at the Rynfield branch in search of urgently needed platters. The platters were available online but I needed them that same day. There was a holiday and a weekend in between my placing the order and eventually getting the plates had I decided to do an online purchase.

So I met Philli and Ferdi. They moved mountains for me to get my platters by the weekend. They called the main depot, the platters were available but they could only get them on the following week Monday, which would be too late.

They called every branch within a reasonable distance in Gauteng. They managed to get the platters from the Great North branch. They communicated with Ellestine, who on my arrival had the number of platters I had been looking for and they were ready for pick up.

A big salute to the team at Rynfield especially Philli and Ferdi, as well as Ellestine and her team.
