Friendly service

I shopped there on Tuesday, 6 Oct. I just popped in to get some coffee sachet and was not planning to do serious shopping, but when I turned around with the box in my arms, one of the guys busy packing the racks already fetched a trolley for me. I declined as I knew if I had a trolley I would be buying things that I did not need. He accepted with a friendly smile and carried on with his work. In all the isles I went through everyone greeted me with a friendly greeting and smile. It was so refreshing not to continuously be asked if they could help, but still know that everyone would be willing to assist should I have chosen to ask for assistance.
