Fantastic customer service!

Hardly find shop assistants who are actually happy to assist these days. But I'm thouroughly impressed with the colored guy (sorry didn't get his name, he had no name tag) assisted me at Westpack Ridgeway. Went there today to buy a storage box. I took the box and continued shopping and he came and asked if he could carry it for me and showed me where to get the vacuum bags. Left me a till and went back to packing shelves. As I was leaving he asked to carry my box again and put it in the car for me..I was also there on Saturday looking for packing boxes, they didnt have stock then so he told me to come back during the week they'll probably have stock. After helping me he went and assisted another lady with the same smile and patience.. He has great customer service skills and if i had a store I would probably ***** him. Big up to him, you hardly get great service these days..People just hate their jobs, its great to meet somebody who doesnt.
