Extremely bad service

I always use Wespack when i have a party for decor and balloons but this time to say I was disappointed will be an understatement, I went to Westpack New Market to get few things for my party and then order balloons( 2 transparent with confetti, 2 polka dots and 1 with age number) and we agreed i can come back after an hour to collect them when i got back they were still trying to inflate 1 they told me they inflated 3 balloons and they all burst, when they gave me my balloons one was out of shape and had very few confetti when i asked they were arrogant about it and they were not willing to help told me they already wasted 3 balloons, I was in a hurry so i had no time to make a scene and believe I could have, I drove home which is just 10 min away when i got home the out of shape balloon is deflating and because I was busy I couldn't go back but by the time my party started only one balloon was left they all have deflated and I know how long those balloons last. i wasted my time and ruined my party decor
