EXCEPTIONAL Service

Exceptional service from the moment I hit send on an email to enquire on stock availability on a Magical playhouse for my twins birthdays coming up very soon. Rozelle requested my location and started the search in every store in JHB!!! She did find the item for me and it was the last of the stock available in a store 40km away from me. She then contacted Des at Westpack Ridgeway and they then sent an email to assure us it would be kept aside for our collect! I have searched the whole world wide web and couldnt find the playhouse I required at a decent price but now I have the playhouse for my girls and that too with the kind of service experience that will definitely ensure us coming back to shop with you again.
