excellent service from west pack lifestyle brackendowns

went into west pack lifestyle in brackendowns on the 2 June looking for black 50 litre bins for school..needed 24 of them. was initially helped b6 a floor assistant a chubby friendly guy who went out of his way to help my wife with her purchase..alas they only had 2 bins in stock..no problem said the guy...he will ask the lady to call another store...went to the counter and waited for a short time whilst the lady called around 4 other stores looking for the stock but did not get any luck...just as i was about to leave....the manager asked me what I'm looking for...so I told him and he took my number down and told me he will call the supplier and fetch the stock for me if the supplier has it..i gave him my number not expecting to hear from him again...but this morning I received a call from the same last who helped me yesterday telling me that the supplier does not have the 50 litre ones but only the 30 litres...the manager was at the supplier to fetch my stoc**** well I was pleasantly surprised and took all 24 of the 40 litre bins...just a pity I did not get any names..kudos to the team at brackendowns....well done....im impressed....
