Excellent Service

<p>I frequent our local West Pack Lifestyle on a regular basis - at least once a week.</p> <p>I have to say that I have NEVER had a bad experience there, and above all else I have never not seen a staff member smiling, working or offering assistance.</p> <p>In other words, I never see a staff member hanging around with nothing to do, I am always greeted - no matter who the staff member is, am always met with a smile and not only am I always asked if I need assistance, but when I do it's as though the person in question immediately stops what they're doing and often go beyond the expected call of duty to assist me.</p> <p>I always walk out of West Pack with a smile on my face and a feel good feeling thanks to the pleasant shopping experience ... and as a result keep going back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep it up guys, you are stars.</p>
