Excellent customer service and attitude!!!

Shopping at WestPack is a pleasure.<br> Staff constantly offer help to locate items/help carry large items.<br> <br> I never get the feeling that staff are avoiding me.<br> Im frequently accompanied through the store if Im in a hurry&need to locate items.<br> Staff are extremely well trained. Each person knows the entire store.<br> I'm mom to a 9m old baby; since my pregnancy or now when I have my hands full with baby I frequently get such wonderful assistance that a staff member takes my trolley, helps me shop, unpacks+repacks my items at paypoint & even assists me to my car+loading!<br> This makes me feel so important, it's unheard of elsewhere.<br> WestPack sets the bar very high.<br> Shopping with a tired baby it's comforting running into West Pack knowing it will be fast&easy.<br> <br> Management is always willing to assist.<br> Once, looking for a simple plastic container, one colour seemed out of stock. They insisted on searching.<br> They climbed to the top shelves&searched boxes until finding it.<br> I've many similar wonderful experiences.<br> <br> Store hours are great, opening \too\" early, and closing \"too\" late.<br> I've never been rushed to be done with my shopping when it was closing time.<br> <br> Thank you for this new standard of service!"
