Its absolutely appalling to see that Westpack crescent treats staff so badly... No customer wants to see how rude arrogant and *********** a manager is. Westpack crescent is absolutely terrible, the manager treats female staff as pawns, he expects them to suck up too him and do wat he says, he has favoritism amongst staff., Mr Bruce as he is known as is a terrible leader who doesnt understand that u treat ur staff with respect. He miss uses his position. Iv never once seen women in othet big stores emptyn trucks, iv nt seen staff been screamed at with out protocol infront off customers. Its absolutely appaulling to watch as bystander to see how terrible he treats sum staff. As a big brand that opening nation wide it just goes to show the lack of proper hiring by higher management. When u walk into a store u dnt want to see a staff cryn, or a manager that rude, its unwelcoming, and i think the owners shud take action against the manager, they will loose good staff only because they forced to be treated like dogs.
