Dissatisfied

I went to westpack lifestyles Alberton service on 14 Nov'20 was pathetic, I bought a birthday party big ballons pumped with helium. Before I was assisted I stood on the counter and was ignored and someone came after me and was assisted, I was so disappointed, I even told the lady. To top it up when I got home before I went to restaurants for my child's party, one of the ballons was deflated.
