Disgusting zervice

I ordered over R1000 goods vi their app on 29 apdil 2023 and i have not received my goods. I have emajled them and sebt messagesvia messenger on facebook and still no response. They charge ridiculouz amount of R150 for delivery fees yet the service so bad. Their app is bad in that there isnowhere to query about my orxer. Very bad service
