Disgusting manager Mossi at Horizon shopping centre

As a self employed person I buy my equipments at west pack, I decided to go to west pack horizon shopping centre and I was given the most disgusting service by the so called manager Mossi, there was a fault in the pricing for an item I was looking for I was willing to let go as they had pointed out it would be deducted from the person who priced wrong, what got we mad was a whole manager telling me he is not afraid of the popi act, this is a person who has a managers badge under his name, I suggest you look in how your managers manage your shops
