Customer service is alive and well

I went to Westpack at The Islands and was looking for a particular sweet in the sweet section. I asked a gentleman packing the sweets if he knew if they had this sweet in stock as it was not on the shelves. He said he was sure he saw it in one of the boxes at the top shelf. He called a colleague of his got a ladder and proceeded to unpack a whole stack of boxes to look for the sweet. Unfortunately he didn't find it. Lucky (his name) took time and effort (even though he was already doing something at the time) to help me look for a simple sweet. It's so rare to find such amazing customer service. Not only was he so helpful but the gentlemen who were his colleagues were also so willing to assist.
