Complaint about Rude Service at Wespack Lifestyle Centurion – October 4th, 2024

I visited the Wespack Lifestyle Centurion today, October 4th, 2024, at approximately 15:40, and was extremely disappointed with the service I received at the balloon counter. The assistant behind the counter was not only unhelpful but displayed a rude and arrogant attitude throughout our interaction. It was clear that she was unwilling to assist me in any meaningful way.

To make matters worse, a teller nearby joined in by making jokes in a language I did not understand, adding to the discomfort and unprofessionalism of the situation. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting, and I urge management to address this incident urgently. A serious review of the staff's attitudes and commitment to customer care is necessary to avoid such experiences in the future.
