Chairs sorted!

I purchased chairs from Mall@Carnival in March 2017. Recently I was sitting reading when the back of the chair collapsed and I nearly fell over backwards onto the paving. My wife fortunately helped me to avoid the ultimate meeting of the floor! I e-mailed "***" and received an understanding reply from Rozelle Pieterse. Today I returned the broken chair and it's partner to the store. There, I was ably assisted by Leonardo and staff, and left the store soon after with 2 replacement chairs. Well done to West Pack for a superior consumer experience.
