Buing broken bike that is not fixed

I just want to write my unhappiness about the products and services i got from westpack montana. I bought 3 quidbikes for chrismas. Each R3500. For me that is alot of money. Then before new year the one bike broke. They repaired it as they said it had a 6months repair warrenty. The bikes was bough for a 2 year old an 2 3 year olds. 2 weeks in the new year the otjer 2 bikes broke. They took it back repaired the one bike and told me the other bike is not repairable. Then i told him that i do not accept that. The manager Pauls' response was... it comes from china and he does not have controle over it. I responded to say that westpack is selling them and should take responibiliy. Then he said he cannot remember that he said it was with a 6 months warrenty. As the day we bought it he told us. He then said ok... he will phone me next week to say if the bike is fixed.

Today i phone him... first waiting so long on the phone. Only to have a rude man answering the phone. Telling me he said he will phone me and i must give him time and not phone him he will phone me. Saterday coming the bike will be there for 3 weeks. He was so rude. Almost not giving me a chance toe speak and telling me he mist first find out where to fix the mashine.

If i knew chrismas what i know now i would never have bough at lifestyle westpack montana. The manager is hyper extremely rude.
