Bad Service.

Received such bad service from westpack lifestyle center. Truly unbelievable. Manager has no customer experience at all. Wanted to purchase a dog bed from there. The price was incorrect on the shelf. The price I saw was R389.00. When scanned it shows. R439.00. The was no indication of the correct price anywhere. The idiot manager PAUL instead of help to make the situation better. He argue with me on the floor. He even blames other customers for removing the prices and place the beds all over. What type of service is that. How do you be so rude, unhelpful And blame customers. Because you can’t manage a floor? Westpack should teach their management about the CPA. You can give us cheap price. But we didn’t ask for your cheap manager PAUL. Thanks a lot.
