Bad service and incorrect trading hours

Westpack waterfallridge is got such bad service; they claim to open at 7:30 but won’t let you in the shop at 7:30. The gates are closed and you are told to drive all the way around using another entrance. They also claim to close at 6:30pm but the gates are closed at 6pm and again you have to go around. Only for them to tell you that they don’t close at 6:30 google is lying. The store Manager Simon Ramashala was not even willing to assist, the staff there also say let me call my manager for you like they don’t know what they are doing and the lady who opened the door was so rude she tried to shut the door on us whilst calling her manager. New store, very terrible service seriously. Update you correct trading times so that your customers can use them instead of sending customers back because you are unable to service them.
