Bad service

I m so disappointed in the service I received from West pack in Fourways. I went there last week Sunday 07 Nov 2020 to place an order for balloons collection 14 Nov 2020 11:00. I got there at 12 n my order was not done. I had a photoshoot which I missed bcos i had to wait for the ballons. My son was turning 1. The day was messed up. When we got to the car with the balloons they busted. The manager on duty was unfriendly. I was told he was not there when I placed the order. I never expected that frm a manager. Maybe it is because I m a black woman n most of the customers who were there were white n he is white.
