BAD QUALITY HOT WATER BOTTLES AND BAD SERVICE

I bought 3 hot water bottles in April from westpack east rand mall, that very same week i returned 1 bottle as it was leaking, my son almost got burned. Yesterday the 4 May another bottle started leaking again and i just called the store just to be told there is nothing they can do due to the 14 days return rule. What madness is this your bottles are not quality, i have 3 more bottles that i bought last year that were leaking as well, i didn't do anything about it as we have used them for months, but these are new ones and yet they are leaking, and no one is willing to help. This is ridiculous and i will take this to the social media to alert people about the quality of the bottles and your bad service.
