Bad management

I went looking for the tent I have seen in the store before. After only finding the inflatables tents witch I do not want. I went to ask for the manager Kent, his response to me was that he is not registered to the company that is selling the tent and has never had it is the store. After I told him but I have seen it in the store he continues to tell me I am lying, he had never had those in his store. He continued arguing and rising his voice at me for about 5 more min. I asked him if there is any other tents besides the inflatables. Witch his response was that they do not have inflatables tents. I had to go show him that he has because he was start arguing with me again. What kind of manager calls a client a **** and does not know what was and is in his store. A lady from head office then called me and confirmed that that store had that tent. But wad just sold out. I can understand out of stock but why then call me a **** and lie to my face.
