BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WESTPACK WITBANK

My experience was in Witbank. I ordered balloons and had them done there. However the person who tied the balloons to the weights didn't do a very good job. I spent over R200. It's not about the money, it the fact i wanted my grandson to enjoy the balloons as it was his birthday. I called them and was told that they are not accountable for what happened. I think they need to take responsibility cause if it was 1 balloon i would understand however it was all 5 balloons. I have a photo to prove it.
