Bad bad service

I were in westpack 14th street were i took of chemicals from the shelf, the lid was broken and tha chemicals pored over me witth resalt in damageing my clothes. At first they were very help ful and after i put in a claim to replace my clothes that were damaged due to the chemicals they come up with a lot of stories. I submitted photos twice and they have the hole insident on cctv. I just want them to replace my suit and shirt, now i must give them a quote for the suit pants only, as if you wil get the pants only that will match the jacket. At this moment i will advise no one to go to that shop
