Amazing Service

I just want to compliment your store on the great staff you have and the great service I received from them this afternoon. I visited your store with my 4-month-old baby, pushing the pram while pulling the trolley. I had three separate shopping lists, so I knew it’s going to take a while. I’ve done shopping like this (pram & trolley) before, but never received any help.

Shortly after I’ve stepped into the shop your staff member, LUYOLO, approached me and asked if he can assist me. I mentioned some products I needed and he told me where I can find it. But then he started to take over the trolley and said he will help me with my shopping. Something that would have taken me at least half an hour or more, took less than 15 minutes!

Another staff member also assisted us a lot in the stationary aisle (I didn’t get his name). The two men, together with the ladies at the till, really made my shopping a pleasurable experience. Sadly you don’t get this kind of service anymore.
