Above and beyond service excellence!

West Pack in Sommerset West gave me the most brilliant service. I was in Sommerset West helping my parents move and ****** showed me packaging paper to wrap the Fragile glassware. I came back the next day and it was sold out. ****** kindly offered to order for me from Paarl and said I could collect it the next day. Early the next morning he phoned me to inform me that the order had arrived. The manager I spoke to has a wonderful relationship with his staff and I can see that they all work very well as a team. This leadership and training was obvious in all the staff I encountered. It is so encouraging to see service excellence in a world where no one can be bothered to help or serve their fellow man. Thank you West Pack Sommerset West for making a difficult task so much easier.
