A very disappointed customer

Good day

I bought the balloon on the 09 Oct 2023 at Wes Pack Wonder Park, I’m not happy with the purchase because I paid so much but I’m not happy, the balloon is almost flat, It’s not even day 5 of the purchase. I have attached pics of the balloon and the receipts as proof.
