West End Pools poor service
Received very poor service from west end pools.
They offer a warranty but this has no value as they don't assist with issues even within a week of doing the job. Only worried about making a quick buck. Rushed the job then they not intrested in returning calls or sending final invoicing when requested. Very disappointed.-(

29 Nov 2022, 08:34Hi Peter. We have done numerous pools for you with no issues, you claim we "rushed" the job but you were on site supervising our teams and gave the go ahead that you were satisfied. We have seen the pictures you posted to Facebook and believe this to not be the true reflection of how your pool was done. Keep in mind your pool was merely repainted and not renovated to the point where we can change mosaic lining etc. In accordance with the pool shape.
The pictures would indicate a job well done as with all our other sites.
