Disappointed on the No refund Policy

I recently bought paving brick at West end, Their customer service was excellent from getting into their premises (the security guards), the cashier to the guys that delivered they assisted with the outmost patience and care.

However I am very disappointed on the no return/refund policy. I bought extra 4 pallets of paving bricks and its a shame that they can not assist me with a return. Now I have to struggle to get a buyer where else them in their industry can get a buyer quicker than me. Next time if I consider doing renovation will not even consider doing business with them again regardless of their excellent service. Their competitors are taking extra materials back and refunding because they now the builders most of the time quote us incorrectly and they are in a better position to sell the material as opposed to me a customer. Now I am sitting with extra 4 pallets which I don't know where to start selling them (where as you can be in a better position to re-sell them). Please do reconsider your policies as they are affecting us your customers.
