West End Auto Krugersdorp poor service

I took my polo in after they had previously advised me that I would need to disconnect the anti hijack as it was causing the battery to get flat. When I took my vehicle in today I gave the technician specific instructions not to remove the anti hijack system. But to disconnect it only. I returned to collect my vehicle and the anti hijack unit was removed and left on the seat. Panels were left unfitted at the fuse box and other panels loose. I am very disappointed in their service
