WCS or West Coast Screed - Do not use these people

Stay away from West Coast Screed or WCS Screed Flooring. The owners are Steven Roemer and his wife Nicole. Over a year ago we paid the couple nearly R40 000 to complete our floor and it has been a nightmare. Our floor has cracked and there are visible discolouring. The interaction with Steven and Nicole has been so disappointing. Lies after lies. For the past year, the two have promised to come through to fix the floor but never came. We have now contacted an attorney and is proceeding with legal action. If anyone else requires their home address, to send a letter of demand, please leave your details and I will contact you. The two are personally liable, as I'm sure, like us, they request people to deposit money into their personal bank account. I also think if all of us get together we should contact Carte Blanche as it's clear the two are *********** many, many people with their poor workmanship or poor product.
